Shipping and Delivery

At Vestpak-Usafe, we are committed to ensuring that your orders are delivered to you as quickly and efficiently as possible.

That’s why we have implemented the following shipping policy:

1. Delivery time: Orders are processed within 24 hours of receiving the payment and are shipped within 48 hours upon confirmation of your email and address.  Please note that weekends and public holidays may affect delivery time.

2. Shipping methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Our standard shipping is free and takes 7-10 business days for delivery. Expedited shipping is available for an additional cost and takes 2-3 business days for delivery. Please call for more information.

3. Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can use this information to track the delivery status of your package.

4. Shipping destinations: We currently ship within the United States. We offer some international shipping. So, please call for more information.

5. Order confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation with the details of your order. Please make sure to review this information carefully to ensure that all the details are correct.

6. Order cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

7. Returns: If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please refer to our return policy and procedures for more information.
